**5+ years of experience** in product design /UX/UI design.
- **Proficiency in modern design tools** like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
- Strong portfolio showcasing **end-to-end product design work** (from research to UI delivery).
- Experience designing **responsive and mobile-first** web interfaces.
- Good understanding of **UX principles, accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)**, and **design systems**.
- Ability to create **wireframes, user flows, prototypes**, and high-fidelity UI.
- Experience working in **Agile/Scrum environments** and tools like Jira, Confluence, Zeplin.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams**:Product, Engineering, and Research**.
- Familiarity with **user testing, feedback loops**, and iterative design processes.
- Fluent in **designing for enterprise-grade platforms** or digital product ecosystems.

**⭐️ Good-to-Have**:

- Exposure to **fintech, banking, or payments industry**.
- Familiarity with **Mastercard’s product ecosystem** (e.g., MDES, Mastercard Developer APIs).
- Understanding of **PCI-DSS, KYC**, and security-sensitive UX patterns.
- Experience in **designing dashboards, transaction flows**, or data-heavy UIs.
- Knowledge of **HTML/CSS** for design feasibility and developer handoff.
- Experience with **animation/motion design** tools (e.g., Principle, Lottie).
- Familiarity with **accessibility testing tools** like Axe, Wave, or screen readers.
- Exposure to **design system management** using tools like Storybook or Zeroheight.
- Past experience working with **global teams or large matrix organizations**.
- Certifications in **UX Design (NN/g, Google UX, or similar)** are a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹3,500,000.00 per year
