At Uptut, we’re on a mission to revolutionize online education, and we need a talented **UI/UX Designer (Freelancer)** to elevate our website and create intuitive, impactful designs for our portals, dashboards, and beyond.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Create user-friendly designs for Uptut’s website, learning platforms, and tools.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with Uptut’s vision.
- Ensure designs enhance functionality while maintaining a clean and visually appealing aesthetic.
- Develop intuitive dashboards to present key data to learners, trainers, and admins.
- Design portals that simplify complex workflows, making them easy to navigate and delightful to use.
- Conduct research to understand user behaviors, pain points, and preferences.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and techniques.
- Incorporate best practices for accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and modern design standards.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize layouts and enhance usability continually.
- Create a consistent design language for Uptut, including components, typography, and color palettes.
- Maintain design documentation for reusability and scalability across projects.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Expertise in UI/UX tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Proven experience designing portals, dashboards, and product interfaces.
- A portfolio that reflects your creative flair and technical expertise.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and an eye for scalable design solutions.
- Familiarity with front-end development concepts is a plus
- Ability to work closely with teams and adapt designs based on feedback.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a “can-do” attitude.
