The person in this role will work closely with other UX research colleagues, UX Designers, Product Management & Business Stakeholders. The person will be responsible for helping define opportunities for improvements & evolvement of our products. The person will reveal what our users need from our products by conducting qualitative & quantitative user research. These responsibilities also include inspiring change, delivering oral and written presentations, evaluating qualitative and quantitative data. Helping the UX team in order to create a more intuitive, accessible, and seamless user’s experience.

Our desired UX Researcher is expected to be a dedicated advocate of the user-centered approach to product development.

He should be capable of defining, planning and conducting primary and secondary user research. He should be able to support & communicate effectively with stakeholders. He should be able to ensure consumer relevance by identifying needs, challenges, and wishes of customers through a wide range of qualitative and quantitative UXR methods.

He should be capable of sharing and presenting insights effectively, and providing actionable management reports. He would be expected to work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics.

The desired UX Researcher should be a dedicated advocate of research findings to diverse audiences through written and oral presentations.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

As a UX Reseacher, you will be responsible for

**Planning & Conducting research**:

- Planning and designing research studies
- Conducting user interviews
- Facilitating usability testing
- Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data
- Synthesizing data and generating insights

**Collaboration & Communication**:

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, engineers)
- Integrating research findings into the product development process
- Influencing decision-making and prioritizing features
- Creating reports and presentations to communicate research findings
- Advocating for the user throughout the product development lifecycle

**Continuous learning & industry awareness**:

- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices
- Bringing innovative and effective research techniques to the team
- Keeping abreast of advancements in user research methodologies

**Education & Experiences**:

- 4+ years of experience as a UX Researcher
- Fluency in Telugu, Kannada, or Tamil for conducting research
- Proficiency in UX metrics, hypothesis-based experimenting, and A/B testing
- Effective communication and presentation skills for sharing research results
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to act as a strategic partner in product decisions
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Ability to translate research findings into actionable insights
- Strong problem-solving skills and positive attitude
- Excellent time-management skills
- Demonstrable work experience in UX research
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Openness to travel for field studies

**Nice to have**:

- Background in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Factors, Psychology, Anthropology, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
