Heart It Out is a mental health organization dedicated to making mental healthcare accessible, personalized, and stigma-free. We provide therapy, workshops, and self-care resources to support individuals on their mental well-being journey.

We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Intern to help us create meaningful and user-friendly digital experiences. As an intern, you will work remotely/online with our product and design team to enhance our platforms, ensuring they are intuitive, inclusive, and aligned with mental health needs.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, UI/UX, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
- Basic understanding of UX principles, user research, and design thinking.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, and aesthetic design principles.
- Passion for mental health and human-centered design.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating user-friendly, inclusive designs.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
- Basic understanding of UX principles, user research, and design thinking.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, and aesthetic design principles.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for mobile and web platforms.
- Assist in conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions.
- Design user-friendly interactions and intuitive user journeys.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design implementation.
- Maintain visual consistency and a strong aesthetic design sense across all platforms.
