Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with the design and development teams to understand project requirements and goals.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on designs.

Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements and user experience.

Optimize user interfaces for maximum usability, accessibility, and performance.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design standards, and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or currently pursuing).

0-1 years of experience in UI/UX design or development, including internships or relevant coursework.

Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar.

Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

A portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and final products.
