**Job Title: UX Designer** **Location: Remote Work** ***

**Responsibilities**:
**User Research**: Conduct user research to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of investors and startups in the context of the investment management platform.

**UX Strategy**: Develop a UX strategy that aligns with the overall product vision and business goals, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.

**Wireframing and Prototyping**: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and communicate design concepts, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into visually engaging and functional user interfaces.

**User Testing**: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs, ensuring a user-centric approach throughout the product development lifecycle.

**Responsive Design**: Design interfaces that are responsive and adaptable to different devices and screen sizes, providing a consistent and enjoyable experience for users.

**Accessibility**: Ensure that design solutions comply with accessibility standards, making the platform inclusive and user-friendly for all users.

**Design Documentation**: Create design documentation, including style guides, design principles, and specifications, to guide development teams in implementing the designs accurately.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a UX Designer with a focus on financial products, preferably in the startup investment or fintech sector.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful UX/UI design solutions for loan products, financial tools, or investment management platforms.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with design systems and the ability to contribute to their development and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies is a plus.
