In an UX Designer role, you’ll take on difficult tasks or concepts into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use designs. We strive to learn and understand our users’ needs, behaviors, and emotions to gather key insights that drive product strategy and design.

In this role, you will be a key contributor and collaborate with business stakeholders, UX director, product analyst, UI designers and developers.

You should be able to understand business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes.

At each stage, you will anticipate what our users need and ensure that the final product surprises and delights them.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mock-ups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
- Take a user-cantered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

**Skills Required**:

- Have good experience in evaluating client requirements, providing a road map and solutioning the same.
- Work with UX Team to solution the end to end logic, create IA, Wireframe and set the delivery expectation with the team.
- Good knowledge and speed working in Sketch.
- Good understanding about contemporary design style and mobile responsiveness.
- Ability to work in an Agile development environment and communicate your ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive problem solver who is able to handle multiple complex projects and tasks.
- Great communication skills; the ability to clearly explain design decisions and process to anyone in the company.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter who actively seeks ways to improve the customer experience, both visually and functionally.
- Attention to pixel perfect details.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
