**Job Title: Backend Software Development Engineer (SDE)**

**Introduction**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration of the user interface with backend logic.
- Develop and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and industry standards.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and encourage knowledge sharing.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in backend development, UI/UX design, and Flask.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define and deliver new features.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of proven experience as a Backend Software Development Engineer or similar role.
- Strong experience with Flask or similar web frameworks.
- Solid understanding of UI development and a good grasp of UX principles.
- Proficiency in implementing security and data protection solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in building scalable systems.
- Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

**Desired Skills**:

- Proficiency in additional backend languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their offerings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Tools Required**:

- Proficiency with IDEs and code editors (e.g., Visual Studio Code, PyCharm).
- Knowledge of Flask and associated extensions.
- Experience with frontend development tools and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Familiarity with database management tools and systems.
- Understanding of server and deployment tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform).
