**Key Responsibilities**:
- Resolve customer issues efficiently by troubleshooting problems and offering appropriate solutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and processes.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or support (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Proficiency with customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
