**About the Role**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information regarding products/services.
- Resolve customer issues within defined timelines and escalate if necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to confirm query resolution.
- Assist in preparing customer service reports and MIS data.

**Key Requirements**:

- Graduate in any stream.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up ability.
- Patience, empathy, and customer-first mindset.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
