**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Handle customer complaints, process returns or exchanges, and offer appropriate solutions.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Troubleshoot issues and offer timely solutions or escalate complex problems to higher management.
- Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues are resolved to satisfaction.
- **Order Processing and Support**:

- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing cancellations or modifications.
- Ensure that all order-related documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
- **Customer Feedback**:

- Gather customer feedback to understand their needs and areas for improvement.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve future service offerings.
- **Product and Service Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about the company’s products, services, promotions, and updates to provide accurate and timely information.
- Continuously update knowledge about new products, services, and features.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring that their experience is always positive.
- Promote customer loyalty by ensuring a high level of service satisfaction.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**:

- Update customer records and maintain accurate databases of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Log customer complaints and feedback for analysis and improvement.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other teams such as sales, marketing, and technical support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Assist in the creation of FAQs, support documentation, and customer guides.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
