**Guest Relations**:
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
- Ensure guest preferences and feedback are recorded and addressed.
**Operational Tasks**:
- Manage reservations and room assignments.
- Operate hotel management software for guest profiles, billing, and bookings.
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
**Communication and Collaboration**:
- Act as a liaison between guests and other departments.
- Share necessary updates with the team to ensure seamless operations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
