**Job Title**: Travel and Tourism Front Office Executive
**Location**: Kharadi, Pune
**Reports To**: Front Office Manager / Operations Manager

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service & Guest Relations**:

- Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
- Answer all travel-related inquiries and provide expert advice on destinations, travel packages, and services.
- Handle bookings, reservations, and cancellations for flights, hotels, tours, and transportation.
- Manage customer complaints or concerns, providing quick and effective solutions.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
- **Reservations & Ticketing**:

- Ensure that all travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transfers, and tour packages, are accurately booked.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and partners to secure travel services and special deals.
- Process payments and ensure proper documentation for bookings and ticketing.
- **Travel Itinerary Planning**:

- Develop customized travel itineraries based on clients’ preferences and needs.
- Provide detailed and timely travel advice, including visa requirements, travel insurance, and local attractions.
- Offer recommendations on local experiences, tours, and activities to enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Administrative & Office Support**:

- Maintain up-to-date records of bookings, customer preferences, and client information.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports on daily bookings, cancellations, and revenue.
- Assist in maintaining the front office area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and professional.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other departments (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with tour guides, transport services, and other third-party vendors to ensure client needs are met.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in a front office role within the travel and tourism industry, preferably with a tour operator, travel agency, or hotel.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of popular travel destinations, booking systems, and tourism trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and travel management software (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
