**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee general office operations including documentation, correspondence, and filing systems.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Handle procurement and inventory of office supplies and ensure vendor coordination.
- Maintain records related to HR, accounts, and company assets.
- Coordinate with different departments to streamline processes and support operational needs.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and assist with payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Support the accounts team with basic documentation, billing, and expense tracking.
- Liaise with external agencies, clients, and service providers as required.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, events, and factory operations.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in administration, preferably in manufacturing or agriculture-related industries.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
