**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads.
- Explain property details, pricing, and benefits to interested customers.
- Follow up with leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide necessary details to clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets set by the management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in **telecalling (BPO/KPO/Realty preferred).**:

- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries confidently and professionally.
- Basic knowledge of real estate terminology (preferred).
- Proficiency in **Gujarati, Hindi, and English** (preferred).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in **real estate telecalling** will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM software for data entry and lead management.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
