Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Development**
- Recruit, train, and onboard new real estate agents.
- Mentor and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
**Sales Strategy & Execution**
- Develop and implement sales strategies in alignment with company goals.
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to improve performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
**Operations & Management**
- Oversee daily operations of the sales team, including managing pipelines and client relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation efforts.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales data and forecasts.
- Enforce compliance with local real estate laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
**Client & Stakeholder Engagement**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Resolve client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at networking events, open houses, and industry conferences.
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
**Experience**:
- 3-5+ years of sales experience in real estate or a related industry.
- Proven track record in real estate sales and team management.
Pay: ₹9,661.87 - ₹33,705.32 per month
