Customer Service Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, and offering the best solution
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
