PHS administers a customized healthcare package for its clients.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Mumbai. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing customer service, support, and satisfaction. The role involves handling customer queries, complaints, and feedback, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. The Customer Service Executive will also be responsible for managing customer service operations and ensuring customer retention.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing customer satisfaction, support, and service.
- Ability to handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback.
- Experience in customer service management.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be a graduate.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
- Freshers are also welcome.

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
