**Who are we looking for?**

As a **Customer Care Executive** for our perfume products, you will be the primary point of contact for customers. You will provide exceptional service, ensuring customers receive the best experience when purchasing or seeking information about our range of perfumes. Your role will involve handling inquiries, assisting with product recommendations, processing orders, resolving complaints, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

**What will you do?**
- Provide product recommendations and detailed information on fragrance notes, ingredients, and usage.
- Process orders, track shipments, and handle order changes or returns.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
- Educate customers on new products, promotions, and perfume-related tips.
- Maintain accurate customer records and support sales with upselling opportunities.

**Who can be the ninja?**
- Previous customer service experience (preferably in retail or beauty).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for perfumes and the fragrance industry.
- Detail-oriented with proficiency in customer service tools and CRM software.
