**Job description**
Key Responsibilities: Answering Inquiries: Responding to customer questions and requests, providing accurate information about products, services, and policies. Resolving Issues: Addressing and resolving customer complaints, technical issues, and other problems in a timely and professional manner. Processing Orders: Handling customer orders, processing payments, and ensuring orders are shipped correctly. Providing Information: Offering product knowledge, explaining features, and helping customers make informed decisions. Customer Interaction: Maintaining positive and professional interactions with customers, building rapport, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 pe
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
