**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote services like GST, Income Tax, Company Registration, Compliance, and Legal Advisory.
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable services.
- Maintain and update CRM and databases.
- Follow up with leads consistently for closure.
- Fix appointments for senior consultants and track sales cycle.
- Meet daily/weekly lead and conversion targets.
- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BA, or related fields.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or business development (preferably in professional services).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Basic knowledge of taxation/compliance is a plus.
- Strong follow-up and client handling skills.
- Comfortable with MS Office and CRM tools.
