**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Executive Chef in planning, organizing, and overseeing daily kitchen operations.
- Supervise kitchen staff across restaurants and banquet events, ensuring high performance and discipline.
- Ensure consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and timely delivery, particularly during large banquet functions.
- Implement and uphold food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols (as per FSSAI standards).
- Coordinate menu planning and standardization across outlets and banquet setups.
- Manage procurement, inventory control, and food cost optimization.
- Handle kitchen scheduling, training, and staff development to maintain a skilled workforce.
- Monitor kitchen equipment and ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness.
- Assist in the setup and execution of large banquet functions, ensuring smooth coordination with service teams.
- Maintain documentation for food safety audits, kitchen SOPs, and compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management.
- 5-8 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or Sous Chef role.
- Experience in banquet production or multi-outlet restaurant chains is a strong advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian, Continental, and/or regional cuisines as per operational needs.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and high-volume output.
- Working knowledge of kitchen management software and inventory systems.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience working in central kitchen/commissary environments.
- Understanding of food cost control, yield management, and production planning.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities, especially for event-based operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
