- To achieve the set sales numbers as agreed with the immediate superior to ensure CPs are aware of our projects
- Thorough knowledge of all competition projects & the Channel Partners to track of their activities by engaging them continuously.
- To be completely abreast with the product knowledge & sales process & take ownership
- To maintain a sales calendar for all events & activities planned during the month
- Understanding customer requirements and showcase product fitment
- Developing a pipeline of warm and hot prospects week on week
- To be completely abreast with the product knowledge & sales process
- Take ownership of all the leads & religiously follow them for desired closure
- To maintain a sales calendar for all events & activities planned during the month
- To keep thoroughly abreast with competition & their activities including current pricing, offers, special features of the project & any other relevant information helpful for sales
- Auditory compliance for company standards and correct representation; sales hygiene
- Revenue per Channel Partner (RPC) & Booked Clients through effective Re-Visits
- New CP Addition & Business acquisition
- Channel Partner Retention Rate (CRR)
- Business Contribution & Consistency
- Target vs. Achievement
- Conversion ratio of customers to booked (Walk in’s via CP OR attended at site)
- Customer revisit rate
- Customer satisfaction score through surveys
- Business Contribution & Consistency
- Target vs Achievement
- Excellent communication skills & MS-Office knowledge
- Ability to thrive under pressure and earn huge incentives

Due to the nature of business, any WO/ Leaves etc. to be scheduled during the weekdays and NOT on weekends (Sat/Sun).

Location: Adhiraj Capital City, Off NH4, Near Sector 34 Metro, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
