**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruit and onboard new channel partners**: Identify, qualify, and recruit new channel partners that align with the company's strategic goals and target market.
- **Develop and execute channel sales strategies**: Collaborate with channel partners to develop and execute go-to-market plans, including joint marketing initiatives, sales training, and lead generation programs.
- **Drive channel revenue growth**: Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for channel partners, monitor sales performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- **Manage channel partner relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Stay abreast of market trends**: Stay informed about the latest industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the cloud market.
- **Represent the company at industry events**: Attend and participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential partners and promote the company's channel programs.
- **Collaborate with internal teams**: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless channel operations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Proven experience**: 2+ years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the cloud computing industry.
- **Strong relationships**: Established relationships with key channel partners in the target market.
- **Sales expertise**: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- **Communication and interpersonal skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- **Problem-solving and analytical skills**: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions to challenges.
- **Technical aptitude**: Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and solutions.
- **Relationship management**: Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners.
- **Motivation and drive**: Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹24,000.00 per month
