
Call Centre Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads or provide information.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate information regarding products or services.
- Record details of interactions and maintain customer databases.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Meet personal/team call and sales targets.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Call Centre Representative or similar customer service role is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems).
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
