Call Centre Executive

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Call Center Executive with hands-on experience in roof-top solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in engaging with potential customers, explaining rooftop solar offerings, and supporting the sales team through regular follow-ups and on-site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective leads and existing clients.
- Effectively explain rooftop/home solar installation solutions and collect essential site information.
- Schedule and conduct site visits to assess suitability for solar installations.
- Share site findings and customer inputs with the technical and sales teams.
- Update lead status and interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide follow-up support to assist in deal closures and customer onboarding.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+year of experience in the solar industry, preferably with rooftop solar systems.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic understanding of rooftop solar system components and installation processes.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Excel.
