**Job Title : Executive - Vendor Support [Freshers]**

**Job Locations : Coimbatore**

**Salary : 15 K**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Being the face of the organization for vendor’s must give proper explanation in all the calls

(inbound & outbound)
- Analyzing the vendor Requests & Complaints and provide the appropriate solution.
- Finding the Root cause of the issues and reason for calls and arresting predominately &
permanently.

Complaints).
- Coordinating with other departments to find the solution for vendor’s QRC.
- Planning & implementing the strategy to reduce the calls to vendor support.

Job Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in vendor support, customer service, or call centre operations is

preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Willing to work at Rotational shifts.
- Experience with CRM tools and customer service operations.
- Bachelor’s degree (any field).
