**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef.
- **Experience working in prestigious hospitality chains.**:
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to train and mentor kitchen staff.
- Experience in managing food quality, inventory, and cost control.
- Deep understanding of food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and best practices.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Culinary Leadership**: Lead and oversee the entire culinary operations of the hotel & events, ensuring consistency in quality, taste, and presentation.
- **Menu Management & Development**: Ensure that menu items are aligned with brand promise of fresh, healthy, and sustainable offerings. Collaborate with kitchen brigade & develop new, innovative dishes and seasonal menu updates.
- **Quality Control & Compliance**: Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies across all kitchens.
- **Team Training & Development**: Train, mentor, and manage kitchen brigade to ensure they adhere to operational and culinary standards. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and culinary excellence.
- **Supplier & Inventory Management**: Collaborate with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure the sourcing of fresh, high-quality ingredients. Oversee inventory management to optimize costs and minimize wastage.
- **Operational Efficiency**: Oversee the operations concerning food production in all restaurants, banquet functions and stewarding operations while introducing new methods.
- **Cost Management**: Monitor food costs and kitchen expenses to ensure profitability, working to improve operational efficiencies without compromising food quality.
- **Customer Feedback & Adaptation**: Communicate & play a major role in public relations both with hotel guests and outside hotel while maintaining highest levels of professionalism & ethics.
- **Culinary Trends & Innovation**: Ensure innovative & creative food display with exceptional promotional activities
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
