- **Responsibilities**:_
- Lead and oversee all aspects of the culinary operations, including menu development, food preparation, presentation, and kitchen management.
- Develop creative and innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends, seasonal ingredients, and guest preferences.
- Ensure that all food items are prepared to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and prep cooks, to ensure consistent execution of recipes and adherence to food safety standards.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all kitchen processes, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and sanitation procedures.
- Manage inventory and food costs effectively by implementing portion control measures, minimizing waste, and optimizing ingredient usage.
- Collaborate with purchasing and procurement teams to source high-quality ingredients from reputable suppliers while maximizing cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment at all times.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new ingredients, and culinary techniques, and incorporate them into menu development and kitchen operations.
- Work closely with restaurant management to develop promotional events, special menus, and tasting experiences to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or hospitality establishment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institution is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, cuisines, and ingredients, with a passion for creating innovative and memorable dishes.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of kitchen staff.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Proficient in menu costing, budgeting, and inventory management to optimize food costs and maximize profitability.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the demands of the business.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety certification is a plus.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
