**Infrastructure Project Design and Costing**

**1) Project Folder Organization**:

- Prepare project job folders with attention to detail, compiling and organizing relevant information received from clients.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive folder structure, segregating and organizing relevant information for easy access and reference for the team.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to analyze information provided by client.

**2) Design Report Preparation**:

- Thoroughly review documentation received from clients including specifications, plans & drawings, and relevant standards to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Utilize Design tools, Excel spreadsheets and engineering expertise to create detailed projects.
- Adhere to relevant standards and regulations, conducting thorough checks to ensure design compliance and quality.
- Prepare necessary reports for presentation to both sales team and clients.
- Collaborate closely with the Designing and Drafting teams to create proposals and presentations that meet client specifications and deadlines.
- Respond promptly to client requests maintaining clear and professional communication at all times.

**3) Project Costing and Procurement**:

- Develop accurate project costings based on templates and guidelines.
- Prepare product requirements based on design specifications for submitting to suppliers.
- Collaborate with suppliers to obtain proposals and prepare project estimates, ensuring adherence to budgetary requirements.

**4) Sales Presentation Preparation**:

- Prepare compelling project sales presentation based on templates and incorporate relevant project details.
- Prepare detailed customer proposals using templates to support the sales team.

**Essential Skills (Must Have)**:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory, particularly for engaging with Australian teams.
- A technical background is essential, with a focus on civil engineering being advantageous.
- Proficiency in interpreting infrastructure / civil engineering / technical drawings is essential.
- Proficiency in Office 365 tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams is required for seamless communication and collaboration.
- Availability to work during Australian business hours is imperative.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or performing similar duties is necessary.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Drafting will be an additional advantage.
- Familiarity with the pumps & pumping systems industry, including understanding the design and selection of pumps, motors, grinders, and related equipment, is beneficial.
- Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities, are desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities are required for this role.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and efficiently, with mínimal supervision.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
