We're looking for a dynamic and efficient Sales Support Staff to provide administrative support to our sales team, manage client relationships, and handle social media activities.
Female preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
1. Manage sales documentation, reports, and databases.

2. Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and product demos.

3. Assist sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions.

4. Update sales pipeline and track sales performance.

Client Relationship Management:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

2. Address client queries, concerns, and feedback.

3. Ensure timely resolution of client issues.

Social Media Management:
1. Manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

2. Create and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, updates).

3. Monitor social media analytics and report performance.

Communication:
1. Communicate effectively with clients, sales team, and internal stakeholders.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
