Job Summary:

The Staff Nurse provides high-quality nursing care and support to residents in the rehabilitation home. The role involves monitoring patients' health, administering medications, assisting in therapy sessions, and promoting recovery and independence in collaboration with doctors, social workers, and therapists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care and supervision to residents in the rehabilitation facility.
  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and on time.
  • Assist in the rehabilitation process by supporting physical, emotional, and behavioral therapies.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and comfort standards within the facility.
  • Educate residents and families about health maintenance, medication use, and recovery plans.
  • Assist in emergency care and follow-up procedures when needed.
  • Maintain accurate medical records, reports, and nursing documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with doctors, social workers, and rehabilitation specialists to ensure holistic care.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training, and case reviews.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (GNM / B.Sc Nursing) from a recognized institution.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
  • 1–2 years of experience or Fresher in a hospital, rehabilitation center, or related healthcare setting preferred.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
  • Strong observation, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to handle patients with empathy and maintain confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.56 per month
