In this role, you will work closely with our patients to diagnose, assess, and treat various physical and mental ailments. You will function as a vital part of our team, providing outstanding service and care to our patients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans based on individual needs.
- Manage, document and provide treatment strategies for various physical and mental health issues.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of treatment interventions and communicate with other medical professionals as necessary.
- Work as part of a team with other healthcare professionals such as physicians, nurses, social workers, and rehabilitation specialists.
- Attend and participate in training and development activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards as required by governing bodies.
- Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with patients, families, and medical personnel.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in nursing with a specialization in occupational therapy.
- Must have an up-to-date practicing license in occupational therapy.
- Strong knowledge of best practices and interventions for physical and mental health issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work within a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize client needs, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
