**Role Summary**:
We are looking for a warm, organized, and proactive **Front Desk & Client Relations Executive** to be the face of our clinic. You will be responsible for managing appointments, coordinating with therapists, greeting clients, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the clinic.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate appointments via calls, WhatsApp, and other channels
- Send appointment reminders, confirmations, and follow-up messages
- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the clinic
- Ensure the reception area is neat, tidy, and welcoming at all times
- Maintain accurate records of client appointments and therapist schedules
- Handle client queries with warmth, empathy, and professionalism
- Liaise with therapists and staff to ensure smooth clinic functioning
- Support the clinic with basic administrative tasks as needed
**Requirements**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, friendly, and client-centric attitude
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Basic computer skills (Google Calendar, WhatsApp Web, Excel, etc.)
- Fluency in English and Hindi (Marathi is a bonus)
- Prior experience in a front desk, hospitality, clinic, or wellness setting is preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
