**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute strategic B2B sales plans to achieve growth targets and expand customer base.
- Identify and acquire new business clients across target industries or regions.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Lead the sales cycle from lead generation and pitch to closing and onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Understand customer needs and tailor product/service offerings to address their requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management through CRM tools.
- Train and guide junior sales executives as required.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of 4+ years in B2B sales, preferably in retail and ecommerce.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, as required.
**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in solution-based or consultative selling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with contracts, pricing structures, and proposal writing.
- Ability to build trust and credibility with C-level executives.
