We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented B2B Institutional Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from pre-sales activities to post-sales support, ensuring a seamless experience for our institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Activities:

  • Tender Submissions: Prepare and submit tenders in accordance with client specifications and deadlines.
  • Tender Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with tender requirements.
  • Tender Qualifications: Assess and qualify tenders to determine suitability and alignment with company capabilities.
  • Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA): Draft and manage NDAs to protect sensitive information during the sales process.
  • Service Level Agreements (SLA): Develop and negotiate SLAs to establish clear expectations and deliverables with clients.
  • Pitch Preparation: Create compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Project Initiation Assistance: Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate project initiation upon contract award.

Post-Sales Activities:

  • Banking for Bank Guarantee: Coordinate with financial institutions to secure bank guarantees as required by clients.
  • Banking for Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) Payments: Manage EMD payments to ensure compliance with tender requirements.
  • Banking Associate Tasks:

  • Process payments for tender fees accurately and promptly.

  • Follow up on invoices to ensure timely payment from clients.
  • Conduct payment follow-ups with clients to expedite outstanding payments.

  • Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients through calls and emails to address any inquiries or concerns.

  • Complaint Management: Handle client complaints efficiently, ensuring timely resolutions and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Feedback Systems: Implement and manage feedback systems to gather insights from clients for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in institutional or corporate environments.
  • Strong understanding of tender processes and documentation requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • Conducting outreach to potential leads and scheduling meetings (online/offline).
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Sending service decks and relevant information to prospective clients. (emailing number of clients on daily basis)
  • Managing contract renewals and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Conducting regular searches for relevant tenders through various platforms.
  • Creating and maintaining reports and MIS sheets.
  • Facilitating the execution of contracts, MSAs, NDAs, and other necessary documents with potential clients.
  • Ensuring post-sales client satisfaction by maintaining regular communication via calls and emails.
  • Tracking project progress and coordinating with clients.
  • Assisting with any additional document execution required during client onboarding and subsequent stages.
  • Attending industry events, both within and outside the city.
  • Engaging in lead generation activities.
  • Collaborating with internal departments for seamless follow-ups.
