**Job Title: B2B Sales Associate - EdTech | Schools & Coaching Centers**

We are looking for a dynamic and driven B2B Sales Manager to lead our outreach to schools and coaching centers, build lasting relationships, and help institutions adopt our AI-based learning tools to enhance their teaching methods and student results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to promote EaseToLearn’s AI learning platform to schools and coaching centers.
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers (principals, directors, administrators, etc.) to pitch tailored learning solutions.
- Conduct presentations and demos showcasing the benefits of our platform in supporting blended learning and improving student outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide customized solutions.
- Coordinate with the product and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings in the EdTech space.

Who You Are:

- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in EdTech, SaaS, or related industries.
- Experience selling to educational institutions (schools, colleges, coaching centers) is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and product demos.
- Bachelor's degree or higher; MBA is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
