**About the Role**

Open Processes
BOI - **Inbound & Reminder Calling (Versant 3)**
Handle inbound banking queries from customers
Make outbound reminder calls for payments, updates, or services
**IDFC First Bank - Sales (X-Sell) (Versant 3/4)**
Promote products like Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Current/Savings Accounts
Yes Bank - Sales (Versant 3)
Promote and explain products such as YCOP, CVM, RL (Retail Liabilities)

**Key Responsibilities**
Attend inbound calls and resolve customer queries
Conduct outbound sales calls to promote banking product
Maintain accurate call logs and CRM records
Achieve daily/monthly targets (for sales processes)
Follow process guidelines and ensure compliance with banking standards
Deliver excellent customer experience through clear communication and problem-solving

Eligibility Criteria
Education**:HSC or Graduation (Graduates preferred for BOI)**
Experience**:Freshers welcome; experience in voice processes or banking sales is an advantage**

**Skills**:
Good English-speaking skills
Customer-oriented and target-driven mindset
Ability to clear Versant Level 3 or 4 assessment
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

**Shifts & Week Offs**
**BOI**:Rotational shifts & rotational week offs**
**IDFC & Yes Bank: Fixed day shifts (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM or sales window) & Sunday off**
