Key Account Executive

This role will involve handling day-to-day client communications, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services, and supporting the execution of client strategies. He will also be responsible for analyzing customer data, preparing reports, and addressing client queries.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Support in maintaining strong and good relationships with the clients.
- Act as the primary ‘**Point of contact**’ for specific accounts, handling client queries, and ensuring exceptional service levels.
- Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities to foster long-term partnerships.
- Handle client complaints and provide timely and effective resolutions.
- Escalate issues when necessary and ensure clients are informed of progress.
- **Internal Coordination**:
- Liaise with internal teams (sales, operations, customer service, and finance) to ensure clients' needs are met in a timely manner.
- Assist in the delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
- Track the progress of orders, deliveries, and contract renewals, ensuring a smooth process. Ensure that all client-related documents are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
**Qualifications & Skills Required**:
- **Education**:
- Any Male graduate **with 2-4 years of experience** in a customer-facing role preferably in key account management or client coordination.
- Should have prior experience in **similar field of Fire Safety & Security,**:
- Should have handled either service dept. or projects dept.
- **Skills**:
- Fluent Verbal & written English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- **Personal Attributes**:
- Proactive and customer-oriented attitude.
- High level of adaptability and teamwork.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
