Junior CRO Associate: IT Industry

**Key Responsibilities**

**Revenue Optimization & Management**
- Develop and implement revenue optimization strategies across product lines and business units
- Monitor revenue performance against targets and identify areas for improvement
- Implement revenue recognition principles in accordance with GAAP, IFRS, and ASC 606 standards
- Establish KPIs for revenue performance and ensure accurate tracking and reporting

**Risk Assessment & Mitigation**
- Identify and evaluate revenue leakage risks across the organization
- Develop and implement fraud prevention and detection frameworks
- Design and execute revenue assurance controls and processes
- Conduct regular revenue risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies

**Financial Planning & Analysis**
- Work with finance teams to develop accurate revenue forecasts and projections
- Analyze revenue trends, patterns, and anomalies to identify opportunities and risks
- Provide insights and recommendations based on revenue data analysis
- Support budgeting and financial planning processes with revenue intelligence

**System & Process Optimization**
- Lead the implementation and optimization of revenue management systems
- Enhance revenue workflows and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop and improve revenue reporting tools
- Ensure system integrity and data quality for revenue-related information

**Stakeholder Management**
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to align revenue strategies
- Present revenue performance reports to executive leadership
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial reviews
- Train and educate internal teams on revenue policies and procedures

**Key Skills & QualificationsEducation & Experience**
- B.Com Graduate with 80% and above in SSC/HSC
- Previous internships or project work in finance/accounting is a plus

**Technical Skills**
- Expert knowledge of revenue recognition principles (GAAP, IFRS, ASC 606)
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Advanced skills in data analysis tools and platforms (SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience with revenue assurance and fraud management tools

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage complex revenue data
- Strategic thinking with business acumen
- Project management expertise
- Ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights
