As we expand our footprint, we’re looking for a dynamic **Chief Executive Officer (CEO)** to lead the company into its next phase of growth.

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Leadership**: Define and execute the company’s long-term vision, mission, and strategic goals.
- **Business Growth**: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue channels to scale operations.
- **Operational Excellence**: Oversee all functions — marketing, business development, client success, finance, and people — ensuring efficiency and alignment with company objectives.
- **Team Leadership**: Build, mentor, and empower the leadership team and foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and growth.
- **Financial Stewardship**: Manage P&L, budgeting, and performance metrics to ensure sustainable profitability.
- **Brand & Market Presence**: Represent 88 Digital Co as the face of the company — in client relationships, media, and industry forums.
- **Innovation & Digital Transformation**: Drive adoption of emerging technologies and digital trends to maintain a competitive edge.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in a **senior leadership role** within digital marketing, creative agencies, or business consulting.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of scaling teams and revenue.
- Deep understanding of digital ecosystems — including performance marketing, branding, and digital strategy.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and execution.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
