Job Roles and Responsibilities:


Revenue Strategy: Define and implement growth strategies for D2C, E-commerce, B2B, and retail channels.Sales Leadership: Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets, build key client relationships, and drive new business.Marketing & Demand Generation: Oversee marketing efforts to drive lead generation, acquisition, and retention.Customer Success: Ensure strong post-sale engagement, increasing customer lifetime value and retention.Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage analytics to track performance, optimize processes, and inform strategy.Cross-Department Collaboration: Align with product, finance, and operations teams to meet revenue goals.P&L Ownership: Manage the revenue function's P&L, optimizing profitability and costs.

Qualification and Experience:


15+ years of experience in revenue leadership, with a strong background in E-commerce, D2C, and omni-channel sales.Proven track record of driving growth and profitability.Strong leadership, data analytics, and financial acumen.Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
