
Customer Associate

A Customer Associate plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing assistance, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service. This position is often found in retail, sales, customer service, and other customer-facing industries.
Customer Assistance:
Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist customers in locating products or services and provide information about their features and benefits.
Sales Support:
Recommend products or services based on customer needs.
Process transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
Upsell or cross-sell products to enhance the customer experience and meet sales goals.
Problem Resolution:
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors or relevant departments when necessary.
Operational Support:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Restock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the workspace is clean and presentable.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using computers and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,428.30 per month
