- Good communication skills, written and verbal both
- Learning skills - Being attentive, Ability to work within a team and building relationships with customers and team members
- Minimum 6 months & above Experience of working in live chat processes or customer services or Telecoms industry (mandatory)
- Problem Solving Skills
- WOK FROM OFFICE ONLY
- IMMEDIATE JOINERS
- Being persuasive and diligent
- Basic level of Computer proficiency

**SHIFT TIMINGS- **15 Hours rotational US work window, 6 pm IST to 9.30 am IST

**Salary-** 3.6 LPA- 4.8 LPA (depends on your last withdrawan salary)

**Perks and Benefits
- **Both side Cab Facility (Hiring Zone)

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
