Front Office Executive

**Guest Interaction**:Greeting guests, providing a positive first impression, and ensuring a pleasant stay.
- **Check-in and Check-out**:Managing the process of guest registration, room assignment, and departure procedures.
- **Reservations**:Handling reservations via phone, online, or in person, and managing room availability.
- **Information Provision**:Answering guest inquiries about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- **Complaint Handling**:Addressing guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- **Administrative Tasks**:Answering phones, managing mail and packages, maintaining records, and performing data entry.
- **Supervision**:In some cases, Front Office Executives may supervise front desk staff, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
- **Coordination**:Liaising with other hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure guest needs are met.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
