AGM - Projects, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects within the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, adherence to timelines, budget control, and quality standards.

Attributes of the position / ScopeProject Planning and Execution: Develop project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Monitor and oversee the execution of projects to ensure they are completed within defined parameters.
Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, including project managers, engineers, and support staff. Provide guidance, support, and performance evaluations to ensure project success.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities. Foster effective communication, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Budget and Cost Control: Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost control measures to ensure projects are completed within approved budgets. Review and approve project-related financial documentation.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed specified standards. Monitor project performance, conduct inspections, and implement corrective actions as required.
Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and ensure appropriate measures are implemented to minimize project risks.
Contract Management: Oversee contract administration activities, including review, negotiation, and management of contracts and change orders. Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
Project Reporting: Prepare regular project status reports, progress updates, and presentations for senior management. Provide accurate and timely information on project performance, milestones, and risks.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement, standardization, and efficiency enhancement within the project management function. Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.
Health and Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce adherence to health and safety regulations on project sites. Ensure proper implementation of safety protocols and conduct regular safety inspections Personal ProfileQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.Key CompetenciesStrong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
Sound understanding of construction industry practices, codes, regulations, and quality standards.
Proficiency in project management software and tools for planning, scheduling, and reporting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address project-related challenges.
Strong financial acumen and ability to manage project budgets and control costs.
Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in the construction industry.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
