**Job Title**: Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Sales

**Reporting To**: General Manager / Head - Sales & Marketing
**Experience Required**: 5-10 years

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy & Planning**:

- Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to achieve project-specific and overall company targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
- **Team Management**:

- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Managers and Executives.
- Drive performance through effective training, motivation, and monitoring of KPIs.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- **Lead Management & Conversion**:

- Oversee the lead generation process, both digital and on-ground.
- Ensure timely follow-up and maximize lead conversion ratios.
- **Channel Partner Engagement**:

- Develop and manage a network of real estate agents and channel partners.
- Conduct regular training and engagement programs for channel partners.
- **Project Presentation & Site Visits**:

- Oversee the entire customer journey including site visits, negotiation, documentation, and closure.
- Ensure project USPs and features are effectively communicated to potential clients.
- **Sales Reporting & Forecasting**:

- Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and customer interactions using CRM tools.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 05 years of experience in residential real estate sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the Mohali/Chandigarh real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
