Job Description
Manager/Sr. Manager/AGM Sales-Ludhiana
To develop and consolidate Distribution Channel for Retail Sales of a Leading Bicycle Brand across India and attend to Day-to-Day Corresponence/emails.
Key responsibilities/KRA's:
JD for Sale, Sr. Manager, North
To Control dealer network PAN India
1. Managing the dealer network Existing network, potential network, ineffective dealers, re-placement of dealers, analysis of their trends and updating dealer's data.
2. Appointment of new dealers as per set criteria The leads are generated either by executives or through references and sometimes approached directly by dealers.
3. Attending of various calls from Dealer and executives about Day To Day functioning.
4. Planning and Execution of incentive schemes of dealers with Executive President. Follow up with FF's for effectiveness.
5. Making of targets for sales with Executive President and analyzing performance of executives.
6. Organizing and conducting sub dealer Meets in various states from time to time with management and Executive President. Managing Annual Calendar.
7. Visiting market from time to time as and when required.
8. Taking follow ups for Outstanding's and payments. Monitoring dealer's accounts.
9. Wishing top Dealers personally on the occasion of birthdays and anniversaries and sending shagun's on their weddings and condolence letters at death.
10. Taking care of ISO related responsibilities.
11. Taking care of CSI related responsibilities.
12. Coordinating with Hajipur Plant.
13. Coordinating with tenders for projections and sales planning.
14. Handling the footfall of dealers at the Head office by settling of disputes.
15. Coordinating for ISO 9001:2008 audit.
Experience in Retail Sales /Dealer Develoment in Consumers Durables/FMCD/Home Appliances, Bycycles,E-Bikes, Consumer Electronics/Kithen Ware Products will be preferred.
Position is located at Ludhiana, Punjab
Salary: 10-14 LPA
