Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, building strong customer relationships, and achieving company sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and execute campaigns.
  • Negotiate and close deals with key clients.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Train and onboard new sales team members to enhance productivity.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalated client concerns effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
