**Position Summary**:
The Assistant General Manager - Operations will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the efficient execution of all operational activities of the trust. This includes program implementation, administration, logistics, compliance, team management, and process improvement. The DGM will play a strategic role in scaling impact, streamlining systems, and aligning day-to-day functions with the overall mission of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operational Management**

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operational activities across all projects and departments.

Develop and implement SOPs to improve operational efficiency and accountability.

Monitor the progress and impact of charitable programs and projects.

**Team Leadership**

Lead a cross-functional operations team to achieve organizational goals.

Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs for staff development.

**Budget & Resource Management**

Assist in preparing and monitoring operational budgets.

Ensure optimal utilization of resources and control operational costs.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Social Work, Public Administration, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in operations or project management, preferably in the development or non-profit sector.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and reporting software.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
